Full Kitchen, 2 BR / 2 Bath (one w/ clawfoot bathtub, one w/ shower), and dedicated office with desk. Clean and modern interior, featuring artwork by local artists. Owner-occupied 2-unit, with 8 steps leading up to the front porch entry. The raised-bed garden is located in the front courtyard. The wood-fired sauna is located in a converted vintage Shasta camper parked next to the driveway. The courtyard, garden, and sauna are shared spaces and are available for guest use. Guest access Easy and convenient keypad entry. There is 1 designated parking spot in the driveway and plenty of off-street parking near the apartment and throughout the neighborhood. There is also a bike rack on-site. Convenient location with many parks, trails, shops, and restaurants within walking + cycling distance. Other things to note This is a railside neighborhood and our property is located next to the train tracks, as well as nearby Forest Avenue. You can hear traffic and intermittent noise from the trains. We've become accustomed to it and find it to be a charming part of the neighborhood, but if you are noise sensitive or a light sleeper, it is something to consider. Complimentary earplugs are provided. :)
