The apartment is perfect for a comfortable vacation by the sea. Fully equipped, the house has a swimming pool suitable for adults and children. A modern, clean area with infrastructure between the bustling Benidorm and quiet Vilajojosa. The farmers' market arrives on the next street. Magnificent beach: bay. Nearby is a mountain for walking. We took the risk of keeping beautiful and unique things for guests because we know from our own experience how different a trip can be when you're visiting. Guest access The apartment is perfect for a summer vacation: the windows face north, marble floors - allow you to constantly stay cool. Located on the 1st floor, the windows face the courtyard and the pool. The pool consists of 2 areas - for adults and for children. There is a children's playground inside the complex. The kitchen is combined with the living room. Nice spacious terrace. Large floor-to-ceiling windows. Everything is ready for a beach vacation in the apartment: there is an umbrella, mats, a beach chair, a lot of children's beach toys. There is a car seat for children from 1.5 years old. In the hallway, there are shopping bags in the closet. The kitchen is fully equipped: a nice oven, microwave, blender, citrus juicer, mixer, electric kettle, dishwasher, multicooker. There are coffee machines. There is a vacuum cleaner to make it easier to keep the place clean on your own. If you are traveling in a large group, you can rent a second apartment at the same time from our friends in the next building. Our house and the whole area is a great example of a "barrier-free environment" - there are ramps and convenient entrances for wheelchairs everywhere. Local grocery stores, restaurants, a 24-hour shop by the beach (a rare case for Spain) are within a walking distance. 5 minutes by car and 15 by bus - a large commercial area with large hypermarkets. Several times a week, a farmers' market comes to the next street. The beach is very comfortable and cozy. The bay. The descent into the water is smooth. There is enough space for children to play in the shallow water. Right on the beach there is a children's playground under the sun. There is a medical center, rescuers on duty. The area is connected by bus routes to the partying Benidorm, mountain Fenistrat and fishing Vilahayosa. The apartment is filled with collectible Spanish antiques. At the request of guests, some of these items can be purchased as souvenirs. Other things to note There are two faults that I hope will not spoil the holiday: 1. 3 out of 4 burners work. The smallest, farthest one does not heat. 2. The washing machine door handle is loose and needs to be closed smoothly.
