With endless views over False Bay, this small apartment is ideally located for a visit to wind-sheltered Kalk Bay, loved for it's eclectic shops, variety of restaurants, galleries, and holiday buzz. Perched above Dalebrook Tidal pool and within walking distance of Kalk Bay's working harbour or St. James iconic beach, you can enjoy the very best the area has to offer. The space The top level of this house has been furnished with the our personal taste and comfort in mind. When it is not rented out it is the our retreat. As such, we have put in many extra touches to make it as comfortable as possible. The legendary couch is an example! This is the top floor of our house, comprising three independent apartments. Please have a look at the apartments below: The entire house can sleep up to 14 people. Guest access We do have a key box outside the apartment, so 24-hour independent access is possible. Guests will have private access to an entire level of a large house. Your living areas are private and not shared at all. Other things to note Please note that the second bedroom is small with bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a standard single mattress. There is limited storage space in this room, but the main bedroom has ample packing space.
