Our place is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bathroom house with private swimming pool, full kitchen, washing machine, high speed Wi-Fi, located in south Pattaya only 10 minutes from walking street and 10 minutes to Jomtien beach The space Located in the heart of Pattaya, you get a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with private swimming pool. - All bedrooms are air conditioned. - Bathrooms have hot water showers. - A fully equipped kitchen that has plenty of countertop space for food preparation, basic utensils, a microwave oven, large american style fridge, electric kettle, large sink, as well as a an electric oven and gas stove. - Washing, and basic cleaning supplies are available. - You get high speed WiFi internet access, free + unlimited - We have a small charcoal BBQ available. - Washing machine in the house with a rack to hang clothes for drying outside. - For longer stays the pool will be cleaned weekly. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house and private swimming pool with exception to the upstairs bedroom which I store my own things. Other things to note Electricity is payable on top of the rental price. Electricity 7 baht per unit. Water is included free.
