Welcome to the paint booth section of a small old cabinetmaking shop. This small atypical loft of 45 m2 is furnished with care and originality. It consists of 2 rooms, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 equipped kitchenette (microwave and hob), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 double bed in mezzanine in the common room (not suitable for young children). No TV, but a small radio, CD, USB input. The C3 bus 5 minutes away reaches the city center in 20 minutes. Enjoy your stay! The space The house is an old neighborhood cabinet shop, as there are hardly any left. We have completely rebuilt, transformed and refurbished it ourselves. We are in the middle of the theater, sensitive to the artistic and DIY. This house is in our image, welcome to our home. It is located in a quiet area, it is perfect for those looking for a cozy and quiet space after the movements of the big city. You can park and leave your car in the neighborhood, some places are free. I welcome you without being intrusive, I answer your questions and can advise you if you need it. Guest access You will have access to the common entrance of the house and then to the apartment which is independent.
