Additionally, the garden provides a perfect setting for BBQs, and if you’re fortunate, you may even have the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the breathtakingly beautiful stars. *HOUSE The house layout consists of a 3LDK design, including a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms(1 bedroom, 1 Japanese-Western style bedroom, and 1 Japanese-style bedroom), a bath and 2 toilets. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. *Pet Supplies A large crate, toilet seat, litter bags, and wet wipes are provided. *TV Enjoy Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and more. Please note that for viewing paid content or other streaming services (such as Netflix or Hulu), guests must provide their own accounts. Other things to note ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Sparklers&fireworks++ Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Akasawa Kaigan Beach It takes about 15 min by car from the property. If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons. Please note that if you check out without prior consultation, we cannot offer discounts or refunds. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy before making your reservation. ++Note++ Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise. ++Number of guests++ We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++Parking++ 
There is a parking space available for one car just one minute from the accommodation. If you require parking for more than two cars, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements. ++BBQ++ To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the charcoal grill throughout your entire stay. We provide tongs, a gridiron, and seasonings for your convenience. However, please remember to bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ, if desired, skewers, BBQ sauce as well as the food for your BBQ. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration.
