Beautiful luminous apartment with wonderful views in three directions. Centrally located in a small quiet square, a two minute walk from the main square. Newly restored in a historical building, antique furnishings, the apartment is circa 70 sq. meters, with 2 bedrooms and a queen size matrimonial couch bed in the living room The space Located in the upper part of the village (not the port) of the island, in a quiet little square, this location offers breathtaking sea views. You can enjoy beautiful sea views and breezes from the dining room table. Additionally there are picturesque views of the ancient castle and church and square from the respective windows of the other two sides of the house. Each window a work of art. Just a short walk away are four beautiful swimming coves, reachable in 7–15 minutes by foot. Within minutes from the house, you will find two bars, a bakery and a grocery shop and three restaurants. The house has been recently renovated and is furnished with antique furniture. It includes two bedrooms (one with a matrimonial bed, the other with two single beds and a matrimonial sofa bed in the living room. All linens are provided. There is a large bathroom that features an extra-large shower box. Amenities include: 32" Smart TV with satellite service DVD/video player (and films) Stereo Extra-large refrigerator Dishwasher Washing machine Fully equipped kitchen for family meals All windows are fitted with roll-up screens. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. All beds, including the sofa bed, have memory foam mattresses. Guests are welcome to use the bocce balls, at a lovely field next to the helicopter port, just a few minutes from the house. We are part of an energy cooperative called Energia Positiva, and so all electricity consumption in our house comes from renewable energy. Guest access Access to the entire apartment.
