The space The house has a kitchen with a fireplace, a large living room and an outdoor space with chairs and a table. The accommodation has 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, spacious and quiet, 3 double, of which two are suites, and the others with 2 single beds. Guest access Guests can enjoy the following exclusive services included in the price: 7m x 14m swimming pool with sunbeds, chairs, tables and umbrellas, barbecue, ping pong table, laundry, parking, Wi-Fi, large outdoor lawn/garden area. The heating service when used is calculated separately and the price is according to consumption. The Italian state obliges any tourist reception to pay the tourist tax, which in our territory is €2 per person for a maximum of 6 days. Under 14 years of age it is not due. Other things to note In high season (July and August) minimum bookings of 7 nights are accepted, in September minimum bookings of 4 days, the rest of the year minimum bookings of 3 days; all except promotions or last-minute.
