This unique beachfront house overlooks Moreton Bay at Polka Point, Dunwich. It has a modern kitchen & bathroom, large lounge/dining, with three spacious bedrooms, all linen and towels are provided, with wide decks both front and back, you can relax in the sun & shade all year round. The space The upstairs level of the house is situated at Polka Point, a unique part North Stradbroke Island, with an almost private beach in your front yard via bush track access. The house is close to The Little Ship Club (a local club with excellent views of the bay). It is within walking distance of all amenities, Water Taxis' and bus stop, should you not wish to bring a car. Other things to note There are some great local places to eat in the local area, The Island Fruit Barn has great coffee and excellent vegetarian food, both eat in or take-away, also CJ,s Pizzas are really good, there is a mini supermarket (Food-Works) located behind the main strip of shops opposite the post office and the Butcher is 1st class.
