The house is characterized by its barrel vaults, exposed white stone, a decor that combines modern and antique and lighting that creates a charming atmosphere. Secondly, its ideal location! The apartment is located in the center of Noci, a city of food and wine, located in the heart of Puglia. We guarantee hospitality and excellent service. It will seem that time has stopped! The space The apartment is of considerable size (100 square meters), suitable for families with children, groups of friends or couples. The accommodation is on two levels. - On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with oak wood dining table for six people and a comfortable sofa. A luxurious stone bathroom with window, with an elegant glass shower and a mirror that extends over the entire wall. Finally, there is a large bedroom with a double bed in a stone "alcova" and a sofa bed. To complete the room there is a refined white marble fireplace with two armchairs in front where you can read and relax. - In the lower floor instead resides all the peculiarity of this house. In fact, this was derived from what was previously used by our grandparents as "u sutten", and which currently houses two communicating bedrooms with a unique atmosphere. The two rooms are similarly furnished and differ only in capacity, as the first room can accommodate two people and the second is a single room. The furniture consists of two chests of drawers for arranging clothes, bedside tables, ceiling lights, and a small living area with two small armchairs and a coffee table for relaxation and entertainment. It should be noted that the whole is furnished with refinement and taste, a perfect combination of modern and ancient given the presence of antique pieces such as the Louis XIV chest of drawers, period prints and objects. Guest access The house is entirely available to guests. Other things to note -Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and all the necessary kitchenware. -The heating is autonomous and adaptable to your needs. In the summer, we preferred to minimize the impact on the environment by not installing air conditioners. In fact, the environment remains very fresh because the old houses like this never get too hot, thanks to the thick walls, to a properly designed French window system that blocks the sun but lets the air and the intrinsic nature pass of the Apulian white stone that makes the temperature lower than outside. -There is no washing machine, but there is a coin-operated laundry service just 100 meters away. -You can park your car a few minutes from the house, in its surroundings, as the house is located in a pedestrian street that enjoys the quiet of a small alley. -High speed Wi-Fi.
