My cozy house is located in the new part of the city. It's about 200 metres from the beach and the new boulevard. There's one of the biggest shopping center near the house. You need only 15 minutes to get to the city centre by car. Close to public transport, which creates a connection with the city and airport. Other things to note Our sweet place is in the new district of a city and there are lots of new buildings under construction. So during the day it can be a little bit noisy outside.
