You can also visit the lovely village in Portmagee, which is back the island and over the bridge. Guest access You will be able to access the whole house. Other things to note There are lovely walks in Valentia, one is up Bray tower, which is at the very back of the island. You can walk to the tropical gardens at Glaneam which is near a sandy beach. Visit the Lighthouse , grotto and slate quarry. Visit the Skellig heritage centre on the Bridge road, Take in the spectacular view from Geokaun Mountain. All on the island.
