House Skalica

It was built in an olive grove Skalica far away from neighbors. Stone house on the south side of the island of Pašman is located just a few steps from the sea. The view from the home overlooks the hundreds of islands including the National Park Kornati. House is away just a few minutes by a car from the little village Banj, where you have a restaurant, cafe and shop. City of Zadar and Biograd is an ideal opportunity to visit from our little house. The space In our stone house you really live with nature. You can enjoy on the property for all year. In our place is perfect to enjoy in the nature outside the house. Stone pear is place where you can spend a lot of time sitting with the sea beside. Watching sun how is going down on hundreds of islands. View is speechless from there. If you like trees, you can sit under the olive trees and do nothing, time really can stop here :) Also by your staying there is possibility to try our seasonable fruit, vegetables, wine, food, fish from sea and our olive oil. Depends in witch time of year you come. Of course everything has it’s price but also it’s value. You are welcome. Guest access Guest can use all house for themselves with no neighbors.
