The house is situated on the southern slope of the Serra do Xistral (Biosphere Reserve), on the Northern Way of the Camino de Santiago, between Abadín and Vilalba. It is a traditional stone house restored in 2016. It is a two-story building with capacity for 17 people, in rooms with bunk beds. It has three spacious rooms, three bathrooms, one of them adapted for the disabled. On the ground floor there is a dining room with a restored wood-burning oven and a kitchen.
