House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna. The space The apartment is modernly furnished – with style and lots of indirect LED lighting. From the spacious balcony you can watch beautiful sunsets over the lake all year round. The house is located in Breitbrunn am Ammersee. The lake, the lawn and the jetty are 2 to 3 minutes' walk away. The sauna is outdoors on the property - of course also with lake views. Available in the living room: couch, fireplace (firewood in front of the front door), Bluetooth music box, TV (with HDMI cable) and Wi-Fi. On the balcony there is a modern gas grill with grill grate and grill plate. There is a lounger, pillows and large cuddly blankets (please only use blankets on the balcony and in the apartment). Kitchen with: stove (ceramic field and oven), hood (embedded behind stove plates), dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine (DeLonghi portafilter machine), milk frother, water bubbler, kettle, kitchen whisk - and dishes, glasses, pans, pots, etc. Bathroom with: shower and bathtub, vanity, hair dryer, washing machine and washing powder and towels. We provide washed towels. After departure, please throw used towels on the floor. Bedroom with double bed - and plenty of storage space. The beds are freshly made before arrival. ATTENTION: If you book for two, we assume that you will also sleep in a double bed. Making another double bed means a relatively large effort for us in terms of laundry, etc. - therefore we charge an extra fee in this case. There is also a storage room. There are also some private things here. But here you will also find an ironing board and an iron, a clothes rack and a hat rack. Suitcases or similar can be parked here. Please note: The cost of cleaning is indeed higher than the cost of the cleaning staff. For this we have reduced the rental price somewhat. We also want to make short-term stays possible for you – and make stays over several days cheaper. House Rules: - After 10 pm, it would be great if you were as quiet as possible out of consideration for the neighbors - Buy groceries yourself - please do not loot our supplies (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea are welcome to be used) - Bedding and towels are included - Please bring your own sauna utensils (bathrobe, sauna towels, bath slippers). Alternatively, we can provide bathrobes and sauna towels for an additional laundry fee of 20 euros per person (paid on site)
