Rose Cottage, Lower Lelant, near St. Ives

Rose cottage is ideally situated for exploring St. Ives and all it has to offer, whether it's surfing and water sports, museums and galleries, walking the coastal paths or sampling the local cuisine. We are within easy access to the A30 which leads to the rest of Cornwall and it's many delights. A cosy cottage situated in the village of Lelant, with fully equipped kitchen and utility space, log burning stove, outside eating area with BBQ, garden and parking for up to 3 cars. The space Rose cottage is a grade II listed detached property with a garden. The cottage is accessed from the rear with free on-site parking for up to 3 cars. The lounge offers a log burning stove and smart TV/DVD, with a selection of books games and DVD's for all ages. The newly fitted kitchen has a range cooker and dishwasher, with separate utility space for any washing and drying needs. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king/twin zip-link bed (please indicate when booking, whether you require a king or twin in the second bedroom), the third bedroom is a twin, all bedrooms have TV/DVD player. The garden can be accessed from both the utility room and the conservatory, it has a large patio area with BBQ, space for outdoor drying of clothes and separate hooks for wetsuits and a rack for storing your wet wellies. If you are travelling with little ones we provide a travel cot, highchair and stairgate, we also have a potty in the bathroom, plug in night light and socket covers should you need them. All linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Guest access Garage and outbuildings are not accessible for guests. Other things to note Rose Cottage has been in our family since 1926 and we therefore ask that you treat it with respect, taking care to leave it in the condition you find it.
