Our studios are situated in a quiet location in the heart of Laganas, close to everything. Laganas beach is literally just 100m away and with just a 2 min walk you can reach a coffeeshop, mini market, many nice restaurants and one of the best beach bars of the area (Hamsa beach bar), with an open to all swimming pool and sunbeds just in front of the beach. At the same time, the main strip of Laganas with many nightclubs is just 500m away (5 mins on foot). The space This listing is for 6 of our studios. The whole complex has 16 studios in total. Each studio has a kitchenette and a bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests in total, as following: - Double bed for 2 guests - Single bed for 1 guest An extra folding guest bed can be also placed on 3 of the 6 studios to accommodate three more guests (19th,20th & 21th), if needed. Guest access Each studio is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • TV • Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, mini electric hob, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels Basic cleaning will be provided daily and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. The apartment has its own balcony, which make it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy your breakfast or lunch or just relax under the sunshine. There is also a big area on the top of the building with sun loungers which allow you to sunbathe. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the studio will usually be ready by noon or 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
