The Little House in Town

Small townhouse less than a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Dijon, close to the hospital and the university. Our small house is next to our main house, on the same property. Free and easy parking on the adjacent street. Bus stop in front of the house. Essential shops nearby. Free Wi-Fi. Smart TV with Netflix. Option to accommodate one child (sofa bed). La Petite Maison has just been renovated. The space The accommodation consists of a main room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The main room includes the living room area and kitchen. It is adapted to make it a workspace. In the bedroom, storage is provided (dresser and dressing cabinet). The bathroom includes a shower, a sink with its cabinet and a washing machine. Guest access The entire Petite Maison is accessible with the exception of a small garage which remains private. It is possible to take advantage of the terrace and its outdoor furniture.
