AppleTree Cottage, Threlkeld Keswick Lake District

Apple tree cottage is a self catering cottage in the heart of the village of Threlkeld and the centre of the lake district.The cottage has spectacular views of the Nearby mountain of Blencathra and the busy town of Keswick is 10 minutes drive away. we have parking for 3 cars and private garden. The garden is partially fenced around the cottage but the raised garden is open to the car park Sleeps 6 but also ideal for 2or 4 people too.1 we’ll behaved dog welcome The space the cottage has one en suite double room one double room and a twin room, it also has a downstairs toilet/cloakroom. utility room with washer and dryer. TV ,Dvd wi fi and all the amenities. Central heating provided. Living room with separate conservatory and also separate kitchen. The cottage is a traditional stone faced house and ideal location for exploring the Lake district. We have two pubs in the village both serve excellent food so after a busy day you can walk down for your meal and a well earned pint of traditional ale.most weekly bookings are Friday to Friday unless put on as a last minute break Guest access The entire cottage is there for your use it has its own enclosed patio and picnic table and barbecue There are steps up to the lawn that is open to the car park which is enclosed but is not a secure place Other things to note The village of Threlkeld is on a main bus route to penrith and to Keswick buses run every hour. we have loads of door step walking as well as the mountain of Blencathra to climb . The cottage is ideal for a full house but is also a nice size house so even two people can enjoy the comfort of booking the cottage and still feel cosy.1 well behaved dog welcome
