Hazelbury House is a spacious and luxurious property situated in the heart of the village of Hextable. Completely renovated in 2020, the ground floor of the property is dominated by a huge open plan living space which opens out onto a patio & garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite) as well as a large family bathroom with freestanding bath. To the rear of the property is a private carport providing parking for 2 cars. The space The hub of the house is the large open plan living area which incorporates a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 6 people, and a lounge area with large L shape sofa. At the rear of the property is a patio & garden which is complete with a large outdoor table - ideal for the summer. On the ground floor you will also find a cloakroom toilet and hallway which takes you to the first floor. Here you will find a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a large family bathroom with freestanding bath. The master bedroom, complete with en-suite, can be found on the second floor. Guest access The property has a private carport with covered parking for 2 cars. The car port is NOT suitable for vans or high vehicles (transit type vans or people carriers will not fit). If you have a large vehicle, there is free parking on side roads very close to the property. It is very important that you do no block our neighbour's access to their parking area. Situated in the heart of the charming village of Hextable, it is ideally located for functions at the nearby Rowhill Grange Hotel (2 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot). Within a minute walk is the village shop with post office. There is also a small parade with pharmacy, barber, & hair salon. The nearest town is Swanley (5 minutes by car), where you will find a train station, supermarkets as well as restaurants and all the usual amenities you would expect.
