Large renovated house in a mountain hamlet surrounded by nature The space Mountain house of 130m2 on 3 levels, completely renovated with healthy materials. On the ground floor you will find a large living room as well as an extensive kitchen open to a dining area and piano area. The kitchen overlooks an outdoor terrace. On this level is a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the first floor, a master suite with shower and toilet, a room-bureaux area as well as an independent climbing area of about 30m2 of climbing surface (which also makes home theater). On the second floor in the attic, two children's rooms. The house can comfortably accommodate 2 families of 4 or 5. The house backs right onto our vegetable garden and then the mountain! The neighborhood is very pleasant. Calm, greenery, and freshness guaranteed! This is our main residence with all our things so we will make space for your stay but you will have to agree to be in a lively house!! Ideal location for a relaxing or sporting holiday. Many outdoor activities nearby: hiking, climbing, mountaineering, kayaking, rafting, canyonning, via ferrata, mountaineering, mountain biking, road biking, fishing, etc. Guest access You will have access to the entire house Other things to note It's the house we live in year-round, a living house with all our stuff, not a cottage ! But rest assured, we will make room for you to feel comfortable! We will ask you to take a little care of our plants and goldfish.
