Double room in shared house 1

Beautiful room in a completely renovated house in the center of Malaga. The house is shared, but your room is not. The room located on the ground floor, has a double bed 140x200, air conditioning, desk, wardrobe, double glazing, curtain and key! The house has 2 full bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen. Cleaning is daily, we are very strict about it. Wi-Fi works! The living room with TV, comfortable sofa, but the jewel is the terrace open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The space The house is comfortable and practical, it seeks to have everything you may need. In the neighborhood of El Molinillo, a few meters from the historic center, on a pedestrian street without bars, it confirms the tranquility you will have. Terrace for breakfast when the morning sun rises or inside table if you've already gone too sunny. Space and good weather for you to meet other travelers if you feel like it. We always give suggestions of what to do in Malaga and surroundings. You can use the washing machine, the iron, the hair dryers. *Consult conditions of use. Guest access The house will be bought from you, that means, except for the rooms, everything is available. We have a system to organize ourselves. Your room has a number, the kitchen cabinet too, even the fridge. This way you will have clear, where and how to place your things. The terrace is available from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., play music, it is always welcome, but respect the other guests with the volume. Other things to note .- Smoking in the house is not allowed. On the terrace you can do it, respecting and consulting the other guests so as not to disturb, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. .- The house does NOT have private parking, the entire neighborhood has spaces available on the street, which are not paid. Parking is easiest between 7:00 and 9:00; 1:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Even so, in 5 min walking around, maximum 10 there will be a place almost certainly.
