The property is deemed unsuitable for wheelchairs users or people who have difficulty with steps as there are some steps to negotiate to enter the property and two small steps up to the master bedroom / bathroom. The building is listed as of historic interest, the apartment is based around an area that was part of an artists studio and the stable block where the household horses and livery would have been kept. Our stylish living/dining room opens onto the conservatory which not only provides an airy feel to the apartment but also offers an alternate living and day dining space. The main living room has a very large framed Art TV, glass dining table and a black sofa (bed). The master bedroom is for relaxing, with a super comfortable extra large sized oak framed bed, quality linens, towels, plenty of storage and an ensuite with a large freestanding bath in which to unwind after a busy day. The second bedroom, whilst smaller, has a top quality double bed and soft linens, towels, storage, and beautiful black stone shower room. The full size fully equipped kitchen has a oven and Bosch gas burners cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and integrated refrigerator/freezer along with hi quality cookware and everything you could need should you wish to dine at home. Completing the two bathrooms there is a powder room/second W.C. in the property. In addition there is a laundry nook with full separate Bosch washer and dryer in the conservatory, iron and mini ironing board just in case.
