Furnished house in Etterbeek, (not ixelles) fully renovated in 2021. The owner is letting occasionally part of a gorgeous house 100 m off Place Montgomery, when the kids are not thereThe space at disposal has 1 private bathroom, 3 rooms (the kids rooms) where maximum 4 people can stay and a small kitchenette and dining space in one of the rooms. Location is ideal, in nice place of bars & well connected to public transport, metro Montgomery 2 minutes walk. The space Location is just perfect, neighborhood is central, well connected and safe; many things to do and activities around but the spot itself is very quiet; you will be in of the the nicest area of Brussels; I can give advice, welcome and all additional facilities you might need as we live in the lower part of the house and tips for visiting Brussels or Belgium. During your stay I will ne available for you all the time if needed as I live in the same house Other things to note we prefer to hve minimum 2 nights stay but can discuss and prefer to pre-approve the exchange
