Asion Villa Sirius is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury villa with a private swimming pool and panoramic views, ideally located just 20 minutes from Heraklion, the capital of Crete. Part of the prestigious “Asion Lithos” complex in the traditional village of Kato Asites, this villa combines elegance, comfort, and authentic Cretan charm — ideal for families or groups up to 8 guests. The space Spread over two spacious floors, the villa includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each level, connected by an internal staircase. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to deliver a premium holiday experience — from fully air-conditioned interiors and plush mattresses to flat-screen satellite TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. A private barbecue area allows guests to enjoy open-air dining under the Cretan sky. Outside, the private pool area offers a serene setting with stunning views, sun loungers, and rattan sofas — perfect for long summer days of relaxation and sunbathing. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the private pool, barbecue area, and outdoor terrace. Enjoy free access to the shared gym, and book exclusive massage treatments in our private spa room (by appointment and at an extra cost). Private parking is available within the gated complex. We’re also happy to assist you with local recommendations and help organize authentic Cretan experiences like vineyard visits and traditional tastings. Other things to note The property is located in the peaceful village of Kato Asites, just a short drive from Heraklion. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and reach local attractions comfortably. Massage services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
