The private self-contained apartment is located next to our home in the lovely rural village of Snitterfield. The property is perfect for single stays or a couple having a break away, but also versatile enough for the person who needs to have a place to stay for corporate work. It has a cosy home from home atmosphere, but with an added hotel feel. The space The rooms are all decorated to a very high standard with oak flooring in the bedroom and tiled/stone flooring to the bathroom and living areas. It is heated throughout with temperature controlled underfloor heating. In the relaxing lounge you will find a large, double seated settee, coffee table, an impressive 49" Smart TV and a writing desk, perfect if you need to use a laptop. You also have access to free WiFi. If you decide not to use any of the fantastic restaurants in Stratford, the property is fully equipped for self-catering........even an washing machine is provided. Within a five minute walk, you will find a find a very friendly local shop which stocks a large range of products, including some lovely locally grown produce. There is a village pub a couple of minutes walk away that offers restaurant and take away meals. The double bedroom has a comfortable 4ft 6" oak framed bed with attractive bed linen. There is plenty of storage space available including 2 bedside draw units and a large double wardrobe with hangers. The fully tiled modern bathroom has a full sized bath with overhead rain shower. The White Company towels are provided for use during your stay as well as quality complimentary toiletries. To the side of the apartment, you also have the exclusive use of the private, furnished, south facing courtyard which can be accessed through the front private garden. Fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar are provided, along with a selection of snacks after your journey to Snitterfield. Guest access This is a separate building to the main house with its own private courtyard garden. Other things to note As the property is a self contained apartment, there are no issues with social distancing and it will be deep cleaned between every booking, in line with government guidelines.
