Luxury 5***** retreat in the centre of Belfast - ideal for couples looking for a romantic weekend away!! Recently refurbished with no expense spared. 3 minutes walk from Queen's University & 15 minute walk from Belfast City Hall - central to everything with loads of fantastic restaurants, shops, trendy bars, etc right on your doorstep! Just check out the awesome reviews!! The space This stunning ground-floor apartment has recently been completely renovated, with no expense spared. I’ve been fortunate enough over the last number of years since opening my first apartment up to Airbnb to have hosted a whole range of guests, including quite a number of honeymooners, anniversary breaks, business travellers, parents with kids at uni, and of course, lots of people touring around Ireland who have made Belfast top of their to-do list (amongst others)!! Please feel free to peruse through my reviews - all have been absolutely fantastic and I’m pleased to say I have a 98% 5* rating (if you’re anything like me this is usually the first thing I check out!). Each guest has expressed their love of both the apartment itself and also the area - take a look! Whether visiting Belfast in a work capacity, visiting friends or family, looking for a romantic/quiet break, or visiting one of the local universities, this apartment really will meet all your needs. The photographs really don't do it justice! A rich walnut wooden flooring has been laid throughout the open plan living area/kitchen and in the bedroom, providing a real feeling of warmth to the place. The bathroom is second-to-none, with no expense spared. The massive 2 person shower benefits from a top of the range jet tower shower, with side body jets, overhead rain drencher and hand receiver. All fixtures and fittings have been chosen with great care, and are on a par with that of a 5-star rated hotel. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the normal kitchenware - kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. However, with dozens of great local restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep it seems unlikely that you'll even need to cook! The open-plan living room is fully furnished with a very comfortable black leather sofa, breakfast bar and dining chairs, and large wall-mounted 50 inch flat-screen television. There is also a good sized desk, with comfortable leather desk chair. The bedroom comes furnished with a top of the range bed (pocket sprung with gel top - as comfy as they come!!), along with all the usual bedroom furnishings and a wall-mounted flatscreen television, complete with internet connectivity. Also provided is tea and fantastic freshly ground coffee! There is also complimentary high speed 500Mb wifi throughout the apartment. N.B. A child’s Graco travel cot is available on request - please mention this at booking. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment. There is also access to a separate laundry room towards the rear of the building, with a washing machine and a coin operated tumble dryer (50 pence per 65 minutes) - this is a communal facility, shared between the 3 apartments in the building - helps to keep all noise and condensation inside apartments to a minimum. In terms of car parking, whilst there is not an assigned parking space for the apartment as such, there is plenty of FREE ON-STREET PARKING along Wolsley Street (where the apartment is situated) and on many of the surrounding streets. There is also on-street parking along Botanic Avenue (free 6pm - 8am and Sundays, and paid 8am - 6pm).
