The space As experienced hosts in Amsterdam and frequent travellers, we have now a holiday home in Spain. This home has seriously everything we always look for but never were able to find. This house has EVERYTHING! - its on a perfect location; very close to the beach and even closer to old town. no car needed. - it has all the comfort you may wish; strong optical internet, an elevator, carpark, airco, and a natural breeze because of the two big sliding doors, good new beds, brand new kitchen with all appliances and so on.. - it has the most pleasant ambience, with all tasteful furniture and great art on the wall. it's the absolute best. light, bright, cool and cozy. you just want to stay at home. - the best for last: the huge L shape balcony with the most amazing view of Tarifa, of Tanger on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other side. The balcony is big, has sun and shadow all day, a couch, bbq, sunbeds and a small table and a big table. There is comfort and privacy. Guest access On the roof (Attico level, like our apartment), there is a swimmingpool for house-owners and guests to use. Other things to note For € 15 a day, we can book a carpark under the building in the garage. If you like this, please let us know upfront, so we can reserve it. Especially in the summer period a big plus point. To be paid cash at check in, we will handover a garage remote. Late check in after 7.30pm is additional €50.
