This is a new self-catered studio situated in a hip upcoming neighbourhood of the center of Ghent. Ideal for 1 person or couple. Erasmus or PHD student. With private kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet, lavabo). Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. The space This is a new self-catered studio in the center of Ghent. Windows in the front and the back. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, combi-oven, ceramic hob and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with lavabo, toilet and big shower 85 x 120. The big desk makes it possible to do some office work. The studio remains always spacious because of the smart bed solution. Ideal for a touristic, educational or business stay for short or lang term. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions Guest access The studio is on the first floor. There is a bike storage room on the ground floor. There ar 6 studio's in the building. Two on each floor. Stairs but no elevator. Every studio has his own letterbox. Other things to note Upon arrival at the studio, the guest will receive the keys, along with the necessary explanations about garbage, internet, surroundings, .... We do not provide breakfast or daily cleaning. No animals allowed. Smoking in the studio and in the house is not allowed. We also ask for all identity documents (copy of ID card) of the persons who will be staying with us after booking and prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, an agreement is signed. The maximum number of guests staying overnight in the studio must not exceed the advertised number. If the landlords determine that this rule is not respected, the tenant immediately loses his deposit. The studio may not be sublet. Please respect the tranquility of the house. When leaving the studio (at the end of the rental period), the studio is left in an intact and tidy state. All personal belongings are taken, or collected in garbage bags if no longer desired, or taken to the thrift store. Don't forget to empty the fridge and freezer. Cleaning equipment from the storage room may be used, but must be returned. Household waste rules must be strictly followed (handed over on arrival) If the homeowner has to throw away items left behind, €50 will be charged. If key(s) are lost, 45 € will be charged per key.
