In the traditional settlement of Argyrades, in a narrow alley a few meters from the main road, which gives it easy access, but also isolation from the traffic of the main road, we created the lianelia boutique village house. Grandma's old kitchen, which was independent and completely separated from the main central house, was turned into a small but very beautiful house, just 34 sq.m. The space We tried with a lot of love and passion to give this old stone building that was built about 100 years ago a special character, but with all the amenities that will satisfy our guest. Stone and wood are the only materials we used, utilizing every square inch of available space. We created an interior balcony in the attic of the house, which we turned into a small bedroom with a low bed (1.45 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom that will serve the needs of each guest. We wanted to bring back to life every element of the past that has endured over time. On the ground floor of the space, we designed a small but very ergonomic and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a small living room with all the necessary items such as a small living room, 40" smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, air-conditioning and a fan. Outside, there is a small courtyard, reminiscent of the narrow alleys of the village, with a small wooden table and chairs, where you can sit to enjoy the sun and your evening meal.
