Lianelia Boutique Village House

In the traditional settlement of Argyrades, in a narrow alley a few meters from the main road, which gives it easy access, but also isolation from the traffic of the main road, we created the lianelia boutique village house. Grandma's old kitchen, which was independent and completely separated from the main central house, was turned into a small but very beautiful house, just 34 sq.m. The space We put a lot of love and care into this old stone building, which was built about 100 years ago, to give it a special character, but with all the comforts that will satisfy our guests. Stone and wood are the only materials we used, making the most of every square metre of available space. We created an interior balcony in the attic of the house, which we converted into a small bedroom with a low bed (1.45 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom that will meet the needs of each tenant. We wanted to breathe new life into every element from the past that has stood the test of time. On the ground floor of the property, we designed a small but very ergonomic and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a small living area with all the necessary amenities, such as a small lounge, a 40" smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning and a fan. Outside, there is a small courtyard, reminiscent of the narrow village alleys, with a small wooden table and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy the sun and your evening meal. Please note that the washing machine is not located inside the accommodation, but in a separate private space within the complex. For this reason, it is not available for independent use by guests. We can arrange for your clothes to be picked up, washed, and hung out for an additional charge of €10 per wash/load. Parking The nearest public parking lot is about 30 meters from the property.
