Lianelia Boutique Village House

In the traditional village of Argyrades, in a narrow alley a few meters from the main road, which gives it easy access, but also isolation from the traffic of the main road, we created the lianelia boutique village house. Grandma's old kitchen, but it was independent and completely separated from the main main house, turned into a small but very beautiful house, just 34 sq.m. The space We tried with a lot of love and passion, this old stone building that was built about 100 years ago, to give it a special character, but with all the comforts that will satisfy our guest. Stone and wood are the unique materials we used, taking advantage of every square available space. We created an internal balcony in the attic of the house, which we converted into a small bedroom with a low bed (1.45 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom that will serve the needs of each resident. We wanted to bring back to life in every element of the past, which has endured over time. On the ground floor of the space, we designed a small but nonetheless very ergonomic and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a small living room with all the necessary items such as a small living room, smart tv 40" with Netflix, Disney+, air-condition and fan. Outside, there is a small courtyard, reminiscent of the narrow alleys of the village, with a small wooden table and chairs, where you can sit to enjoy the sun and your evening meal.
