Very large farmhouse near Kitzbuehl ski resort

Fantastically beautiful farmhouse with huge terrace, located on the mountain, for 2 - 20 people. Also available to rent by the room. My place is just a 5-minute drive from the Kitzbuehler Alps ski resort and the Panoramabahn. You'll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. The local tourist tax and a deposit are still due on site. Before booking, please send an inquiry as to whether it is available. The space The cozy, quietly located house is located at approx. 900 meters. A very large terrace invites you to sunbathe. The house is on the sunny side and has a lot of sun even in winter. By car, it is only about 5 minutes by car to the middle station of the famous panoramic cable car. It takes you directly to the sensational ski resort of the Kitzbühel Alps. Mittersill and Hollersbach with numerous shopping opportunities, bars and restaurants are also about 5 minutes away by car. The house has 19 beds spread over 9 rooms. (2 single rooms, 4 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, one of which has an additional couch and 1 room where two beds are separated. All rooms are equipped with sinks (hot and cold water). A new fully equipped kitchen and living room are also available. There are also 4 toilets and 2 showers on the floors. New central heating provides cozy warmth. In the parlor there is also a cozy tiled stove. This farmhouse has a fantastic sunny location with great views and tranquility. Here you can fully enjoy the mountains. Breakfast can optionally be booked. In addition to the price, there is a tourist tax from 15 years per night and a deposit of 300 euros which is paid on site. Bedding and towels can be optionally provided at an additional cost. The owner lives next to the house in an attached apartment which is separate from the house. Prices are per day for weekly bookings. Short stays (e.g. weekends) are more expensive. Please inquire before booking.
