The room offers a 3-quarter bed with gel foam topper, desk, chair, TV, double set of cupboards, bin, washing basket, fireplace, iron and ironing board. The patio doors lead out into the backyard under cover. We fit the beds with electric blankets for the winter. LOADSHEDDING SOLUTIONS: Rechargeable globes throughout the whole house, personal rechargeable torch light, gas tank and stovetop in the kitchen, UPS for the wifi, battery supply for entertainment system in the lounge and gas heaters. The house has wifi, all rooms have Openview TV, and the lounge has a smartbox with DSTV streaming, Netflix, Showmax, Prime Video, etc. The house is newly-painted and upgraded. Bathrooms are fully tiled with extractor fans and blinds are all blockout. All rooms have their own irons and ironing boards, while the kitchen area has 3 fridges to accommodate all guests. The hosts do not live at the property. Guest access Shared areas include a fully equipped lounge and kitchen (including washing machine) as well as full bathroom, parking spots on the front of the property, as well as an outdoor paved area for hanging washing or having a braai.
