This refurbished and equipped apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people. We provide bath towels and bedding. We ask guests to take care of the place (evening and gathering prohibited) to continue to benefit as many people as possible. The space SPACIOUS and MODERN. Features a large living room, including a first bedroom with a new queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), second bedroom also with a new queen size bed. The bathroom has a double sink and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is equipped with a single bunk bed (2x 90x190). PRACTICAL and WARM. Aesthetically beautiful, this accommodation will make your stay pleasant, it has electric blinds in each room and a balcony to enjoy a view of one of the streets of the heart of Angers. COMFORT and PROXIMITY. Kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and everything you need to enjoy a meal easily. The apartment is located in the center (rue du Mail) you can park in the surrounding squares. Shops, restaurants and cafés are just a short walk away. Other things to note 1- PARTIES AND EVENINGS PROHIBITED under penalty of heavy compensation. 2- GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW: the majority of tenants are respectful, but a minority require us to clarify the following: The "cleaning" package includes: normal maintenance of the apartment, bedroom and bathroom, making beds and laundry costs, however you are asked to: 1) do your dishes and store them. 2) empty your garbage cans (in closed bags) in the container at your disposal. 3) empty and clean the refrigerator. if necessary, we will be obliged to ask you for a supplement through Airbnb according to the following scale: *) garbage cans not emptied, or bag not closed: €15. *) refrigerator not emptied: €15 *) dishes not washed, not stored: €20 3- PARKING Paid parking nearby, in the surrounding area and on the road at the bottom of the residence. 24-hour parking station (Marengo), Parking covered Haras 10 minutes away. 4- FORGOTTEN ITEMS For any forgotten items, we ask for a fee of €10 for management as well as travel.
