Accomodation is on one level with modern facilities, pet friendly with large fully fenced backyard and level parking for boats. The space Buena Vista 62 blends classic retro beach style with a mix of modern furnishings. Light bright and breezy open plan living with large outdoor entertaining areas provide a fabulous place to enjoy a beach holiday. Living is all on one level with rear stairs down to a large fully fenced yard, perfect for dogs and kids to play and run in. There is plenty of level space for car parking so you will not have to struggle with stairs and heavy luggage. The kitchen is fully equiped for entertaining and has a coffee machine. A large Weber family BBQ lives on the rear deck next to the kitchen, perfect for easy holiday BBQ’s. Fly screens cover all windows and doors to keep inside bug free. The family bathroom has a bath tub and shower while the ensuite has a large walk in shower. There is a hot outdoor shower perfect for after beach and to wash off beach toys and dogs. There are two queen beds and four bunks all with linen and bath towels provided. The bunk beds are normal single bed size and can accomodate adults. Fans and heaters are available in all bedrooms for your comfort. Guest access Entire property. We reside in the house when not booked so our kitchen is great for cooking and baking. We have a retro caravan on private area with separate yard on the next block from house. We occasionally stay there but we mostly travel in our motor home within the district.
