Boutique city centre villa with free parking

Hi there! This beautiful villa is located in the city center of Eindhoven. Although it's very central, the neighbourhoud is very quiet and kid friendly. All needs are in walking distance, the facilities are perfect for one person, a couple, a family or a group and parking is free. If you have any question you can always pm me before making the reservation. The space Eindhoven is perfectly located to be the base for a city trip in the Netherlands or even Europe. About the villa If you are looking for an authenitcal and spacious place to stay with your family, friends or rent it for your company you might have found the perfect spot! The villa is located right in the city centre of Eindhoven. By car you can reach the highway within in 5 minutes and the airport within 10. The trainstation is 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car/bike. There is a private parking spot behind the house. 2 big grocery stores and the Philips Stadium are only 400 meters away. The neighborhood is really quiet and very kid friendly. A big park and a playground is within 100 meters. The villa is 100+ years old and has a warm and cozy character. It is well decorated with love and a lot of care for art and green. It contains all the facilities you need for a long or shortstay trip or holliday. On the groundfloor you will find a modern and fully equiped cozy kitchen with a Delonghi coffee machine for fresh beans (included!) The livingroom has a big couch, smart-tv with inclding a free youtube premium account! The large diningroom is a fantastic space to have dinner together with your frineds or families. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and the modern bathroom is located within 2 meters. In the green garden is a perfect spot to chill and for having a bbq. If you want to storage bikes you can make use of the shelter. I'll ask a bail of 200€ for using the included bike. It's a good bike... That’s the private area of Boris, the owner. He will use the same entrance. Other things to note please no shoes and no drinks or food on the carpet or in the bedrooms. this is to keep the capret clean as possible and it feels much nicer without shoes! Smoking is not allowed, in the garden no problem but please use and clean the ashtrails. It is strictly forbidden to make an (after) party with people who are not a guest. The house is pretty old so my neighbors can make an issue when the music is too loud so please be responsible to them. The owner lives on the second floor and uses the same entrance and stairs. He does not use your bathroom, kitchen and livingroom. All bedrooms can be locked.
