The space Refurbished and decorated to a very high standard, with beautiful furnishings and interesting artwork, this house will not disappoint. In addition to the smart TV, there are modern appliances and several usb sockets around the property. On the ground floor is the entrance with coat and shoe storage. This leads to the brand new fully equipped modern fitted kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (the coffee machine takes Nespresso pods but there is also a cafetière available). Also on this floor is the double bedroom and a large shower room with hotel style mirror featuring a demister and an additional illuminated magnifying mirror. The staircase leads to the light and spacious lounge with patio doors leading to the balcony which has a bistro table 4 chairs. From here are views across Braunton Burrows to the sand dunes of Saunton Beach and glimpses of the ocean in the distance- the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner or two! Off the lounge is a small hallway leading to the twin bedroom - this can be set up as a superking bed on request. Also accessed from here are the second shower room, and the back door to the garden area. Please note that there is no bath at this property but each bathroom boasts luxury fixtures and fittings with thermostatic mixer showers, shaver points and storage. The enclosed , spacious patio garden is secured by a locked gate with entry code and provides ample storage space for your surfboards and bikes, together with a rotary airer. With the patio wrapping around the outside of the house you will find a sunny spot at most times of the day. The outdoor fireplace also has a BBQ grill so you can cook dinner and then stoke up the fire for a lovely fireside ambiance into the evening. There is ample off road parking at the front of the house for 2 cars. A high chair and travel cot are available on request. Please note there are a lot of steps at this property which means that toddlers would have to be closely supervised - we would advise that the property is not suitable for toddlers to 5yr olds with this in mind. Guest access Generous parking for 2 cars directly in front of the property. Garden accessible both from a locked gate off the parking forecourt and also from a door off the lounge upstairs. The village shops, pubs and restaurants only a short walk away down a gentle hill. Other things to note The property isn't suitable for toddlers due to open stairs from the lounge area with a wider, feature stairwell which cannot be fitted with a stairgate. Also there are many steps in garden, which is laid to patio rather than lawn. Older children and babies not yet walking would be fine.
