Lovley flat in AAA location

Centrally located in the heart of the old town lies our imaginative apartment of 4 rooms and kitchen. Of which 3 bedrooms, living room and dining area. 2 bathrooms. The location offers an incredible overview of Södermalm and Slussen. The apartment is fully equipped with details for living. The space Unfortunately, I can not promise flexible check-in times in advance! Check in is 16.00 Unfortunatly I can't store your luggage before or after your stay. But in Central Station there's luggageboxes for rental. At Åhléns City Stockholm you can store your suitcase. The cabinets are of different size, the largest ones take a cabin bag. Storage cabinets are on level 2. Storage boxes are available at the Central Station and at the City Terminal. Lower hall: at SL Center. Upper hall: outside of Panini and Blueberry. City Terminal: Plan 1, Level 2. Plan 2 has boxes for ski / golf bags. The apartment practice self- check in and I will send information about codes etc estimate 24 before arrival! Your check in time is from 16.00 I do not charge a cleaning fee, so I would ask you respect and pay attention to my cleaning worker who arranges everything before and after your stay. Please treat the house like it’s your own. The most convenient and best priced transportation from the airport is by taxi, both UBER and state YELLOW taxi are 470 SEK, fixed price. Arlanda Express is 250 kronor and takes 20 minutes to Central Station. From Central Sation you take the subway one station away to Gamla Stan. There’s unfortunately very few parking spots in old town so if you’re arriving with car I recommend you to park on Riddarholmen, it’s a five minute walk from there to the apartment. Guest access What's included is; Fresh towels Bed sheets Cleaning company that's cleans before and after your stay (taking care of the trash, washing etc) Coffee and tea Toilet supplies (shampoo, soap, paper etc) In these times of pandemic it is extra important to follow our simple rules: 1. We do not accept any more guests then reservations are made for, if you overrule these terms your booking will be cancelled. We accept no parties or load music. 2. House property is over watched by a security company and public spaces have survivals cameras. 3. If the security comapny needs to pay a visit to the apartment for breaking the rules, the guest will need to pay these costs. Other things to note As the old town, really is an old town, and this building dating back to 16th hundred, there is NO ELEVATOR. This apartment is on the THIRD floor. Also please keep in mind that the area is really buzzing and that it's noisy from the clubs and the streets, mainly on the weekends. This is a historic building meaning the windows let's some sound from the street in.
