It is adjoining the owner's but there is no inconvenience because the terraces are not adjacent. The 2 bedrooms are independent, one with a 140 bed and the other with 2 90 beds and an 80 pull-out bed. Perfect for a couple with kids or 2 couples. They are equipped with mosquito nets. The toilet is isolated. Parking is nearby and pets are allowed. Sheets are not provided, there are mattress covers, protected pillows, duvet and blankets. The linen set (sheets, towels and tea towels) can be rented for €20 per person for the small beds and €30 in total for the large bed. The mandatory end-of-stay cleaning is set at €60. Increased by €20 if pets. Water and electricity consumption read on the meters (€0.27 per kWh and €3 per m3). For water sports enthusiasts there is a diving club nearby and 2 km from the famous beach of Almanarre, a windsurfer's paradise. And of course the very famous island of Porquerolles which is opposite. From April to the end of October, rental is only by the week with arrival on Saturday.
