Kati's apartment is located in a private residence surrounded by greenery. A short walk from the private beach where two sun loungers and an umbrella await you to relax and sunbathe. The apartment is very nice with a large veranda, a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette with everything you need to cook and enjoy fresh fish from Durres. In the living room there are also two sofa beds and in the garden there is the barbecue with everything you need. The space Kati's apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is on the third floor of a 4-story building. The kitchen has all the utensils you need, an oven, and a refrigerator. There is also a high chair for the little ones to eat. The two sofa beds are a full-size bed each, for comfortable sleeping. On the veranda there is a wooden table with 4 chairs for lunch or dinner. There are two drying racks to hang out the clothes. On the beach, there is an umbrella with two sunbeds in the front row available to guests, as well as inflatable pools for children. Guest access They can access the barbecue area. Other things to note There is a wooden gazebo available for guests, located right in front of the apartment, with a barbecue area surrounded by plants. Children have a play area and a swimming pool dedicated to them.
