Set on a quiet hillside above Primošten, Misto I offers privacy, panoramic Adriatic views and plenty of space for families or friends. Spend the day by the private saltwater pool, relax in the shaded lounge or enjoy the Mediterranean garden, then gather for dinner in the covered outdoor kitchen. A separate game room gives children and adults another place to unwind. Primošten’s beaches and Old Town are only a short drive away. The space On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge lead directly onto the terrace and Mediterranean garden. This level also has one en-suite bedroom overlooking the garden and a separate game room with a pool table, table football, darts and a PS5. Upstairs are four en-suite bedrooms, each with direct access to a large shared terrace and unobstructed Adriatic views. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also upstairs. Outside, the private saltwater pool includes a raised whirlpool section and is surrounded by sun loungers. Beside it are a shaded lounge and a covered outdoor kitchen with a large dining table. The garden also has an Ofyr wood-fired grill, with firewood provided. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire house and outdoor area throughout your stay. This includes the pool, terraces, garden, outdoor kitchen, game room, laundry room and shaded parking for up to three cars. Other things to note Misto II is next door on the same property. Each house has its own private pool and outdoor areas, and no facilities are shared. Misto I is registered and equipped for a maximum of 10 guests. Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight. Please ask us before inviting anyone else to the property. Parties, gatherings and noise that could disturb other guests or neighbours are not permitted. Serious breaches may result in the stay being ended early. Pets are not allowed at Misto I. The pool is heated by a heat pump, which operates only when the outdoor temperature is above 15°C. Wind, rain and cooler weather can affect the water temperature. The raised whirlpool section is part of the pool, not a separate hot tub, and has the same water temperature. The final 200 metres of the access road are currently unpaved but suitable for normal cars.
