Our beautiful garden flat covers the full ground floor (275m2) and is accessed by stairs with patio doors in the Living Room providing direct access to the garden and views across the fields to the rolling pentland hills. This is our home that we share with our two young daughters. We have 3 large bedrooms one Super King, one King Size and one Double Bedroom. All have ample storage and luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen. We have one bedroom with en-suite. The others have use of the extremely large family bathroom with walk in rain shower and roll top bath. We have an extremely large welcoming living and dining room with woodburner (all fuel will be provided) and large dining table comfortably seating 8 people. Our luxury shaker style kitchen is complete with marble worktops and all utensils, cutlery and crockery you need. We have a large 6 burner gas range cooker with double oven. Guests are guaranteed to be cosy with our ultra-modern, sustainable wood pellet boiler with full central heating throughout and underfloor heating to the bathrooms and kitchen. We have Sky TV, extremely fast fibre WiFi and a top of the range Naim sound system available for your use. Our home is very child friendly. We can usually accommodate any request for child/baby equipment or toys and we are very happy to suggest nearby babysitters for our guests.
