Main bedroom has balcony and sea views. Just a short drive along the harbour road into the shops, bars and restaurants of Dunedin city centre. MINIMUM STAY 3 nights Amazing views. Watch the ships pass by from the deck and your bedroom balcony. Safe walkway alongside cottage into village of Portobello - pub, restaurant, fish n chips (voted one of the top 5 in NZ), cafe with good coffee, harbourside & peninsula walks. Quiet & secluded yet open to harbour & island views. Hear the native bird song whilst relaxing in the garden. The expansive cottage garden has something in flower all year round. The Rhododendrons in Spring and abundant bush roses in high Summer are a delight to behold. Winding pathways meander amongst the flower beds. Sit on the bench and watch the ships pass by. Hear the sea lapping at the harbourside outside your bedroom window. Walk across to Pudding island bird sanctuary at low tide. Collect some clams/cockles on your return.
