The apartment is conveniently located near the tram or a 20/25-minute walk from the entrance to the city center (by a walk along the quays). The apartment is new and very well-equipped. The space You will have access to all the necessary comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, wifi, various equipment such as a barbecue on the large terrace, thermomix etc... Everything to make your stay pleasant. The first terrace on the bedroom side has the sun in the morning, ideal for breakfasts and the second is south-facing for sunny evenings! The city center is very close to the apartment and direct access with the tram at the foot of the door or with a very pleasant walk along the docks. The apartment is also close to the Parc des Deux Rives and the Malraux Peninsula. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. During your stay Having lived in the area since I was a child, I'd be delighted to guide you through your stay, if you need me of course. Other things to note If you arrive by train, you can reach the apartment by tram with the green D line, which is direct. If you arrive by car, there is enough parking in the area (paid) or I have a space in the basement for an additional 10 euros/day. I can offer breakfast (10 euros) and dinner (20 euros) if you let me know in advance.
