Our group-friendly Nordic Soleil is located on the 16th floor of the Tagaytay Prime Residences (Cityland) adjacent to the popular Nordic Grande and Nordic Santorini boasts a full 33.5 square meters with all the conveniences of home. Features include: Free WIFI (20 Mbps Internet ) Desk/work station PS4 Netflix 42" Smart TV with free access to Netflix Bluetooth speakers to connect to your smart phone Remote-controlled air conditioning Refrigerator Induction hot plate and cookware Microwave, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle and set of tableware (for four) Toiletries: Soap, shampoo and tissues Set of towels, blankets (for Four) Fresh bed linens A double sized bed plus a full queen-sized sofa bed (60" x 75"). Space for three more floor mattresses (provided). We provide bed linens and towels Full bath (separate toilet with bidet) Full shower with plenty of hot water. ACCOMMODATION for BIG FAMILIES or GROUPS The Nordic Soleil is adjacent to two of our larger units--Nordic Grande and the Nordic Santorini. All three units can accommodate up to 21 people. Each unit has a unique character of its own, but all offer the same comforts and conveniences to our deserving guests. In addition to these three units, we also offer three smaller units of 25 sq meters each on the same floor. These three offer all the amenities listed above and can accommodate up to 5 each or 15 people total. You can book a combination of these units to accommodate larger groups. Security Deposit : There is NO need for a security deposit of P5000 at check-in. If you should cause damage to the unit, we have the right to claim a security deposit from AirBnB. House Cooking Rules Can you cook ? The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring along and stove. you are only allowed to cook light foods. no deep fry steak, chicken, fish.... . light breakfast( sausage , ham ) and soup and pasta are allowed. NO FRYING OR GRILLING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED. If the unit smells of cooking odors upon your departure, we will keep the P 2000 as extra cleaning charges. We always want our rooms to smell fresh for you and the next guests. After using the kitchen, please wash all the dishes and kitchenware. Throw your garbage in the garbage chute ( near 1619 ). A garbage chute is provided for every floor. LOCATION Our brand new condo is located in the CITYLAND Tower which offers a full-service cafe, SE Asian restaurant, 7-11 convenience store, a new McDonald's right across the street, a bank, a travel agency and a hair salon. This complex is just steps away from the epicenter of Tagaytay: the Olivarez commercial center, Ayala Mall (Serin), and the brand new FORA Mall by Filinvest. The brand new Metro Hyper-market has just opened and more restaurants are also a few minutes walk. We will provide a list of these places for you in the condo. OTHER FACILITIES Use of Swimming Pool Amenities: ~ Open 9am, closed 7pm ~pool will be closed weekly for general cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays ~pool users must dry themselves thoroughly before going out into the hallway and elevator Proper swimming attire is required. Use of head caps for women is strongly recommended. ~pool has no lifeguard, keep safe at all times From the viewing deck at the 24th floor of the building you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Taal Volcano and the entire Tagaytay landscape. Pay parking is located on the ground floor and 3rd floor Cityland parking rates: PAY PARKING IS PER ENTRY P60 Monday to Thursday P80 Friday to Sunday and holidays Rate: (Maximum capacity of this room is 7 including kids. Security Deposit: Airbnb does not charge guests a security deposit upon booking. Charges will only apply if there's any damage or violation of house rules after check-out. HOW TO BOOK: Only payments made thru Airbnb are accepted We do not accept cash. We do not accept wired funds (bank transfers) You can pay through the Airbnb website by using DEBIT (ATM card), CREDIT Card or pre-paid credit cards such as YAZZ. (If you use a DEBIT card, just choose the CREDIT Card option and fill in the information.) THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARDS: You may apply for a prepaid credit card called YAZZ powered by VISA. These cards can be secured from Metrobank. SM & Robinsons department Stores or at National Bookstore Branches , Major Department Stores and Supermarkets via Bills payment, Concierge, Customer Service counters, Information Desks, 24/7 Convenience Stores. YAZZ will be accepted on the Air BnB payment system. Please note that we are bound by our agreement with AirBnB to process our bookings through them. Please do not ask us to go around this arrangement. We cannot release our contact information until you have booked through Air BnB. PS4 : Please handle the game disks and PS4 machine carefully. Any damage( such as scratches or loss ) to disks or the machine will be charged to your account Remember the disks are very costly, (around P2500+ each) Can we Reschedule the date?? Free Reschedule 5 Days before your check in Date. within 5 days , We will charge a fee P 1000 to reschedule for new date. or , you can just transfer to your friends or family Ex: If your check in date is Jan. 10, 2021, you can reschedule before Jan 5, If you request to change new date by Jan. 5, you need to pay P 1000 first, then we will accept the request. Guest access Check In / Out Time: We will welcome you personally upon checking in to hand over the keys and to provide you with an orientation of the facility. P 1,000 shall be charged for lost keys. Check-in time is from 2 PM to 10 PM. Should your arrival be delayed unavoidably, do let us know in advance. Normal check-in time is from 2 PM to 9 PM. Check out is strictly at 12noon, with no exceptions. We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guest. Other things to note We do not encourage cooking in the rooms. If you do use the kitchen, please limit your cooking to reheat pre-cooked food or stewing , boiling or pasta. -Frying and Grilling any food ( fish, chicken, pork ,steaks, bacon, sausage, hotdogs , fried rice ) is strictly prohibited. The smell can linger in the room for days and will necessitate special cleaning. Special cleaning may cost you up to P2000 for not respecting this requirement which will be charged against your airbnb security deposit.
