The apartment is in a new building, with new modern furniture and with all the necessary amenities. Located in Saranda's No. 1 tourist area, with some of the best restaurants, seaside resorts and the cleanest and safest beaches such as "Mango Beach", "Santa Quaranta", ect. The apartment is oriented to the sea and you can enjoy the Ionian sea as well as Corfu in the background. Cleanliness is exemplary and our hospitality will always be at maximum. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Both bedrooms are available for your use, and there are two bathrooms for your convenience. You’ll also enjoy the close proximity to the beach, just a short walk away, in one of the most vibrant areas of Saranda, especially during the summer season. The apartment is all yours to relax and unwind, and we are always here to help if you need anything during your stay! Other things to note 🕒 Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request. 🔑 Access: Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are available for your use, and there are two bathrooms for your convenience. 🚭 Smoking: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Please do not smoke inside the room. 🔇 Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please keep noise levels low between 11 PM and 7 AM. 🏠 Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed in the room. No unregistered visitors or parties are permitted. ❄️ Air Conditioning: The AC keeps the room cool, but we kindly ask guests to turn it off when leaving to help conserve energy. 🚶 Stairs & Accessibility: The room is located on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. Use the chip provided with the keys that you will find in the lockbox. ⚠️ Local Considerations: Occasionally, there may be short water or electricity interruptions due to local infrastructure—this is rare but good to be aware of. 🌞 Seasonal Notes: During peak summer months, the area can be lively with tourists.
