Welcome to our brand new, self-contained, studio guest room with its own private entrance, solid timber floors and good insulation, it offers a peaceful and relaxing setting for guests. Situated across from Peace Park which has great walking tracks and only a short 15 minute walk to the beach. Close by is public transport with a bus stop 80 metres from the front door and an eight minute bus ride to Sandgate Railway Station. Guest access The Studio room, is attached to the main house, with it's own private access, which is separate from the main house.
