The modest, compact, and clean 2-storey/2-bedrooms house for budget travelers. The house is located in a strategic location just a few minutes from Ubud center in the quiet alley in the local village. Unlike of usual local house, there is a lot of daylight in the house thanks to plenty of windows. The house is surrounded by households and has a view of the villa and the pool from one side and at the village and rice fields from the opposite side. The yard is shared with the neighbor's house. The space The first floor includes a small relaxation zone, a kitchen zone, and a bedroom. Pay attention that the bedroom downstairs is relatively dark because of the wall from one side of the room and greenery from the other side. The stair leads to the second floor. On the second floor, there is another zone for the rest with a nice view of the village and rice fields. Also, there is a second bedroom here. The house has 2 toilets - up and down. The toilet downstairs is half-opened. Guest access The villa does not provide car parking, only for motorbikes. We recommend that you do not arrive by car, as parking is not available at the villa or in the surrounding area. In addition, the door to the outdoor garden is always open, but you will have a private key to lock your room. Feel free to spread out beyond the confines of your private room and enjoy the space as if it were your own home! Other things to note We don’t recommend driving to the villa by car since there’s no parking and street parking is hard to find — but it’s easy if you’re coming by motorcycle Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can. In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables.
