The space Luxury apartment, rated 5* by Swiss Tourism, Privacy guaranteed, peace & natur Guest access The entire apartment is for sole and exclusive use Other things to note Information for our guests (English) Keys • There are two keys for the apartment and a remote-control key for the entrance gate. • Please close the entrance gate in the evening from 10 p.m. • If we cannot welcome you personally, a key is left in the key box. You will receive the information on the location of the key box and the code to open the key box from us via an individual message (SMS, mail) Waste • The official bags of the municipality of Château-d'Oex must be used for household waste. Normal rubbish bags must not be deposited in the bins. • The white card is used to open the waste container. • All waste must be separated and deposited in the designated containers. • We provide the first rubbish bag; additional rubbish bags can be bought in all shops in Chateau-d'Oex. • The official deposits for all waste are located next to the COOP in Château-d'Oex and at the parking next to the English church. Stove • Please ensure that nothing burns in the stove. The chalet is a wooden construction and is equipped with an alarm system, including a fire alarm. Emergency numbers • All emergency numbers are posted on the back door of the laundry room. • In case of an emergency, you can always reach us Internet and WIFI • All access codes are posted on the back door of the laundry room. • If you are using the fireplace, please turn the white button to the right of the fireplace to the right and pull the two golden buttons all the way out. • Important: Please always close the safety glass as soon as the wood catches fire. Floor heating • The floor heating basically works automatically. You can also regulate the heating using the thermostats (one in each bedroom, one in the living room). Various machines • We do not provide washing-powder, washing-up liquid, consumables etc. These must be brought with you or bought in the shops in Château-d'Oex. • Please handle the machines with care and read the instructions for use. Smoking • Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to strictly refrain from smoking in the apartment. Please use the balcony for this. Thank you very much.
