Villa Dreamy vacation room with private entrance & bathroom

Welcome to my oasis of well-being, near Cologne, with a fantastic view of the Rhine. Absolutely quiet and yet central, you get all the opportunities to give yourself a relaxed and varied time. Spend an unforgettable weekend with wellness, meditative walks along the Rhine, or explore nature by bike. (E-Bikes available , see attached photos) You are guaranteed to feel at home here. The space Ground Floor: Comfortable air conditioning throughout the house: -An open kitchen connected to the living area and garden. -Guest bathroom with shower Firstfloor: -An air-conditioned master bedroom with a heated water bed. -Schlafen2 is a box spring bed with a desk and a view of the Rhine. -The bay window connects the master bedroom and bathroom and also has a view of the water. Bathroom has a stand-alone tub and walk-in shower. To the house: -The living area is brightly lit with an air space. The whole house with lights, shutters and access is smart home controlled (an Ipad hanging on the wall is used for this) Garden: --lighted and heated pool (April-Oct) when the outer temperature is over 12 Degrees the pool will be heated - Barrel sauna up to 100 degrees with relaxation room -Outdoor shower (solar) - Lawns and terraces with fountains in a Mediterranean-Asian ambience Guest access With a keypad (4-digit code) on the front door. You will receive the code with your complete arrival information. Other things to note Please do not inquire about events. The villa is designed for two people seeking a special and peaceful stay. Requests for events will be declined. The pool is not heated. A heat pump can be booked from May to September for an additional charge of 30 Euros per day. Due to extremely high energy prices, we have to apply this fee. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
