Guwahati Railway station - 20 mins The space This listing is a 1BHK and can accommodate 3 people. As you enter the unit, the first room(let's call it the hall), has a double bed. This room also has a washroom attached and is the only washroom. The way to the kitchen is through this room itself. The TV is also in this room and so is the dining. The second room is the main bedroom with an AC and also has a double bed. This is a couple friendly space with 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has an AC while the first room doesn't have one.There is a 32inch TV with Wi-Fi connected to it. The place is comfortable and cozy. It's quiet and one can have all the privacy they need. The terrace is accessible too for anyone wishing to enjoy a smoke or a drink under the sky on a starry night. However, food is not allowed in the sitting area. The terrace is nothing fancy but is being worked upon. One can see the hills all around and also witness one of the best moonrises and sometimes, even catch a shooting star or two. The Radisson Blu hotel that juxtaposes with the hills and the nature all around, stands in all its elegance tall across the highway and is clearly visible from the terrace. The view in the early morning is breathtaking and the view at night is also very appealing especially on a moonlit night. Guest access The terrace is accessible for anyone wishing to enjoy a smoke or a drink under the sky on a starry night. But food is not allowed in the sitting area. Other things to note 1. There is only one AC between the two rooms. 2. We DON'T facilitate early check-in and late check-outs. 3.For power back up, we have INVERTER and not a GENERATOR. In case of power cuts (which is very rare), the AC doesn't work but every other appliance does including the fan. 4.The guests are requested to keep the place clean. 5. No Laundry Service in the property. However, we can arrange for the service. 6.Lastly, for everyone's safety, we lock the gates by 11 pm. In case, one needs to stay out post-11, we are to be informed beforehand. We are pretty sure that you will have a wonderful time staying with us and that you will leave the place as tidy as you found it for the next guests.
